The kitchen, the heart of our hotel. Each day we will be delighted to spoil you with local delicacies and international or Italian dishes. The South Tyrolean sense of homeliness combined with Italian cuisine transform selected ingredients of the season into delicious, creative dishes, and of course we have the perfect accompanying wine on hand too.
Start every day by enjoying our opulent breakfast buffet with fresh fruit, an organic corner, freshly prepared egg dishes and homemade cakes and treats.
The evenings start with a rich salad and vegetable buffet, followed by 4- to 6-course meals every evening. Twice a week you can enjoy our aperitif evening. And once a week our candlelit dinner awaits, promising romantic moments for couples.
