Useful and important tips

On your arrival day, the rooms are usually ready from around 3:00 pm. On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 9:30 am. On Saturdays we offer breakfast from 6:00 am on request.

In peak season, we prefer reservations with arrival and departure dates on Saturdays.

Any additional services such a skiing lessons, transfer service, etc. do not need to be pre-ordered and can simply be booked on site as needed. If a preference for a room with or without balcony is not specified, we assume the guest accepts the hotel’s decision and the specified rates with or without balcony supplement. Pets only on request.

If you are unable to start your vacation or need to cancel it...

Please note that in case of non-observance of the reservation, cancellation at short notice, belated arrival or premature departure, you will be charged for expenses. The EU standards for cancellation of hotel stays apply. Written cancellations up to 30 days before the vacation commences are not subject to any cancellation costs. From 30 days before the start of the vacation, or in case of belated arrival or premature departure, 80% of the booked arrangement is charged (according to the Italian hotel association law). Unused services cannot be refunded.

We therefore recommend you take out travel cancellation insurance.
